">This software development engineer position offers an exciting opportunity to build core functionality for the AWS Internet Monitoring service, develop autonomous software systems that transform application and network operations, and create high-quality, highly available, always-on services.
">Salary Information
">The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $151,300 in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500 in our highest geographic market. Total compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
">Key Responsibilities
">- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- You will participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of excellence in software engineering practices.
- You will communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
