Customer Service Representative

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Assistance Representative Sr to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers with their rental needs, providing information and resolution to their inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and other stakeholders.
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance as needed.
- Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Market the company while picking up and dropping off customers, providing exceptional customer service and assistance as needed.
- Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
- Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers.
- Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, and run miscellaneous reports.
- Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Some college preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of administrative or customer service experience in the last 6 years.
- Valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving, employment reference, and social security.
