Bartender Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service to our guests. As a Bartender at Four Seasons, you'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of guest service, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, and demonstrating a passion for excellence in everything you do.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide resort guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following state and city alcohol laws while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.
  • Have a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensure that all details of service are performed properly, providing every guest with the highest quality of service.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Perform additional side duties and assist in the absence of a server if necessary.
  • Work knowledge of the Micros system is essential.
  • Develop a confident and outgoing personality, with a can-do approach to any request.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School or college degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience in a luxury resort.
  • Fluent English.
  • Food and beverage knowledge.
  • Strong commitment to service.
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
