Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and foster a pleasant atmosphere.

Assist patrons with their selections and provide detailed information about the menu offerings.

Inform customers about ongoing promotions and special offers.

Transaction Management:

Process customer orders accurately and manage cash transactions with precision.

Operate the cash register, ensuring correct pricing and transaction accuracy.

Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required.

Balance the cash drawer at the start and conclusion of shifts.

Order Coordination:

Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely order preparation and delivery.
