We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and providing exceptional customer service to our staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment, including HVAC systems, generators, and other critical systems.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors, responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary materials are available to perform tasks.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, performing regular safety inspections and reporting any hazards or issues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2 years of general maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of trade skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
- Work Attire: Uniform required.
- On-Call: May be required to be on-call during emergencies.
- Travel: May require travel within the Houston Metropolitan area.
