Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurses (RNs) without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program and complete the degree within four years of employment.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience in critical care settings (ICU, ICU Stepdown, ER, IR) is highly desirable.
- Experience in home care is strongly preferred.
Licensure and Certification Requirements:
- Active Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state permitting practice in Maryland.
- Current DC RN license or willingness to obtain.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
