Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a beautiful and orderly environment that fosters independence and concentration in our students.
• Provide individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development and learning needs.
• Observe children closely to understand and best meet their needs, forming personal connections with each child and cultivating a community of collaboration and respect.

• Passionate about working with children ages 0-6.
