Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and analyze current manufacturing workflows to pinpoint improvement opportunities.

  • Create and optimize production layouts and workflows utilizing AutoCAD.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to eradicate waste and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain electrical control systems, including ladder logic and DCS.
  • Conduct mechanical maintenance on production equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Interpret technical drawings and schematics for machine maintenance and upgrades.
  • Use CMMS for effective maintenance management and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products are manufacturable.
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering design principles.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices.
  • Strong understanding of electrical control systems, including ladder logic and DCS.
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize technical schematics and drawings.
  • Proficiency in RSLogix and CMMS.
  • Knowledge of Rockwell software is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Must be capable of working onsite in a manufacturing setting.
