Key Responsibilities:- Lead training programs to utilize Maximo-integrated 5-Why RCA's and Troubleshooting to drive down production losses
- Participate in corporate weekly reliability teams meetings, training, webinars, and benchmarking to stay up-to-date with reliability knowledge and techniques
- Develop and implement reliability assessments and surveys to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize production loss and maintenance cost data to lead problem-solving teams and prioritize initiatives for maximum value return
- Build strong relationships with maintenance and operations employees to develop efficient and effective running PM plans
- Prepare and facilitate FMECA/RCM plans for shingle lines, using Pareto analysis to identify critical assets and optimize PM optimization and spare parts strategy
- Troubleshoot equipment, design for reliability, and manage contractors for precision-installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Support and promote IKO's core values and leadership behaviors
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- 3+ years of reliability experience in continuous process manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with condition monitoring tools such as vibration analysis, ultrasonic, lubrication, and thermography
- Experience facilitating RCFA's and developing FMECA's, PM recommendations, and production loss analysis
- Verbal and written fluency in English, effective presentation skills, and ability to communicate at all levels
- Proficiency with building standardized PM's and PdM's within Maximo or similar CMMS, MS Office, and AutoCAD
- Willingness to travel for knowledge sharing and learning
- Strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy, and strong work ethic
