Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily B2B routing office activities, including routing shipments, prioritizing orders with floor staff, and freight pick-ups.
  • Maintain the B2B order status report, wave orders through WMS portals, and enter 3rd party portal for packout and ASN entry.
  • Coordinate with dock drivers for truck loading and obtain proper sign-off on General BOL, packing slips, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using WMS portals and other relevant software.
