  • Consistently engage with clients in a friendly manner (smiling, making eye contact, and engaging in small talk).
  • Present yourself as a friendly team member, starting with a professional appearance (uniform properly worn) and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Inform clients about pricing and services, emphasizing the benefits before providing estimates to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Prioritize safety in all operations.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the truck (checking tire pressure, oil levels, and equipment).
  • Ensure the truck is stocked with necessary receipts, safety gear, and marketing materials.
  • Price jobs competitively, aiming to exceed benchmarks.
  • Make informed logistical decisions regarding disposal, donations, recycling, job completion, packaging, and marketing during downtime.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the company’s core values.
  • Assist in training new team members on daily operations and core values.
  • Avoid preventable mistakes, including damage, injury, dissatisfied clients, and lost equipment.
  • Regularly check in with your supervisor for additional tasks and guidance.

Qualifications
