POSITION SUMMARY:

As an HR Intern, you will be integral to the execution of HR policies and procedures. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and strong organizational skills. You will also have the opportunity to assist in organizing company events and gain insights into various aspects of HR management.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Competent in using computerized application software.
  • Exhibited strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with the HR Generalist to support recruitment initiatives.
  • Post job openings for internal and external candidates on Peoplenet+.
  • Learn to assist the HR Generalist in managing disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Gain insights on providing guidance, ensuring policy consistency, and monitoring compliance with legal standards.
  • Engage in the ongoing development, communication, and implementation of new programs and policies. Provide assistance to other staff as required.
  • Support the organization of employee events and maintain communication boards within the company.
  • Manage employee files and databases effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Generalist and HR Manager.
