Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to oversee the development lifecycle for our assessment and curricula products.
  • You will be responsible for addressing bugs, glitches, and feature fixes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, senior management) to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
  • BUILD NEW FEATURES FOR BOTH PRODUCTS, ENSURING SCALABILITY, USER-FRIENDLY DESIGN, AND SEAMLESS INTEGRATION.
  • Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant education standards and regulations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all development processes, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a full-stack web developer with proficiency in front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong experience with database design & management, REST API integrations, and cloud-based deployment.
  • Familiarity with the education technology space is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
