Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our team at Reliant - Sandhills Nursing and Rehabilitation. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a significant impact in the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Current Texas license as an Occupational Therapist
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient setting
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 current Clinical References
  • Physical and TB Records
  • Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
  • Ability to pass background/urine drug screening
