We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team at AHN Healthcare@Home. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and collaborate with our care team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
  • Work in partnership with Allegheny Health Network to provide exceptional patient care
  • Support patients in Butler and surrounding areas

Requirements:

  • RN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
