About the Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care. As a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner with Integrated Wound Care, you will be responsible for conducting wound assessments, creating treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on wound care and prevention.
- Provide personalized wound care and education to patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements and Benefits:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of employment
- Wound Care Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in wound care
