Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Host to join our team at Springfield Residence Inn by Marriott Old Keene Mill. As a Breakfast Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours according to company standards
  • Greet guests and accommodate special requests as needed
  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

  • 0 – 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Open morning availability, 6am – 12pm
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
