Job Summary:
The Inline Group is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Village Medical - Superstition Springs in Mesa, Arizona. As a Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to practice medicine in a convenient and modern setting, enjoying autonomy and support from our highly trained staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with our cross-trained support team of Care Managers to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience, post-residency
- Current, unrestricted State license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred
