How We Serve

  • Our certified medical assistants (CMAs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) play a vital role in administering prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN), maintaining accurate medical records.
  • They present medication to patients, observe ingestion, and administer medication using specified procedures, ensuring resident safety by identifying potential hazards and emergency situations.
  • CMA/CNA roles involve taking vital signs, observing patient responses to medication, and reporting any adverse reactions, as well as restocking medication inventories.
  • These professionals may also provide direct patient care, promoting resident independence and dignity.
