Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly and disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes. As a Personal Care Provider, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care and home management as instructed by and documented on the written plan of care.
  • Facilitate activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal-care and hygiene, leisure activities, and socialization.
  • Help local seniors at home with shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and companionship.
  • Ensure client safety at all times.
  • Document client progress, mental status, and any changes in daily notes.
Requirements
  • A compassionate, warm, and accepting attitude toward people.
  • Ability to respect confidentiality of patients and families.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have a car, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
Benefits
  • $250.00 Sign on bonus.
  • Merit Program: earn an additional $1.00 per hour every two weeks.
