Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient care outcomes align with agency policies and standards of practice.
  • Adhere to established protocols, guidelines, and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 24 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with healthcare teams, patients, and families.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and complete assigned work efficiently.

Education:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an associate's or Bachelor of Science degree program; BSN preferred.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice professional nursing as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications.
