Position Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional support at Gaddiel Home Care Services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized care to clients within their residences.
- Assist with essential personal care duties such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation needs.
- Monitor and record vital signs, while offering medication reminders.
- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding assistance.
- Engage clients in enjoyable activities and provide companionship.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- TB Test or Chest X-Ray Test Results
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- CNA License (if applicable)
- Covid Vaccination Card
- Social Security Card
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Drug Testing
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
Education and Training:
If you are not yet certified as a PCA, we provide training programs designed to help you achieve your PCA certification after hiring. We are committed to your professional development and offer ongoing education and training to keep you updated with the latest practices in home healthcare.
