Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, roadways, and bridges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet regulatory standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports for projects.
  • Utilize industry-leading software, including Civil3D, to design and develop projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all client and industry safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of experience.
  • Junior (2+ years of experience) and Senior (5+ years of experience) roles available depending on level of relevant State Department of Transportation (DOT) experience.
  • Microsoft Office productivity software.
  • Civil3D proficiency a must.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify technical issues.
Preferred Requirements:
  • PE license.
  • Microstation, Bentley, GeoPak InRoads or OpenRoads (ORD) experience.
  • Hydraulics Analysis.
