About the Role

As a Global Logistics Coordinator at Marken, you will play a critical role in supporting our global clinical trials by ensuring efficient and effective logistics operations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class customer service and operational support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation, and manage inventory and supplies as needed.
  • Analyze data and metrics to optimize logistics operations and improve client satisfaction.
