Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Treatment and Intervention
    • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services, including individual, family, and group therapy.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical and emotional needs of patients.
    • Collaborate with community agencies and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling required.
  • 2 to 5 years of patient treatment experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire.
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire.
  • BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days.
  • Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required.
Physical Demands

This role requires a sedentary work environment with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
