Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team at HearUSA. As a Diagnostic Audiologist, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive hearing evaluations, selecting and fitting hearing aids, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough hearing evaluations and recommend personalized solutions for clients
- Select and fit hearing aids to meet the unique needs of each client
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for hearing aids, including routine follow-ups and repairs
- Collaborate with the District manager and HCP Team Leads to implement new initiatives and grow revenue
- Build relationships with local healthcare professionals and participate in community outreach programs
- Active State license in Audiology and/or Hearing Aid Dispensing
- 1-5 years of experience in a client-centric, Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
