The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient assembly of both wood and metal components, adhering strictly to design specifications and measurements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Precisely position pre-cut wood components onto jigs in line with design specifications.
  • Utilize a staple gun to securely join wood components.
  • Measure dimensions accurately to maintain quality and precision in construction.
  • Apply metal connector plates at joints for permanent assembly as per design.
  • Ensure that all products are constructed in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Transfer completed products to the packaging and shipping section of the production line.


Qualifications & Skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
  • Capable of reading or learning to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
