Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Lotus Hospitality Management. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Safety
    • Oversee food preparation to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
    • Estimate food and beverage costs to maintain profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction
    • Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
    • Handle customer complaints in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies as needed.
    • Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with chefs to develop appetizing menus.
    • Maintain sales records and track cash receipts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be familiar with food safety and handling procedures.
