Hear Carolina, a full-service audiology practice based in southern North Carolina, is seeking an Audiologist at their Lumberton location. The ideal candidate will utilize the full scope of audiology services, including hearing evaluation and diagnostics, vestibular assessment, cochlear implants, pediatric hearing care, and vestibular evaluation.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct neurodiagnostic vestibular evaluations to diagnose balance-related disorders
  • Provide adult diagnostic and treatment services for various hearing conditions
  • Deliver pediatric care, including auditory evoked potentials and DPOAEs assessments
  • Evaluate and treat auditory processing disorders
  • Assess and provide tinnitus treatment plans
  • Participate in the VA Community Care program as a provider
  • Offer cochlear implant services to patients with severe hearing loss
  • Administer aural rehabilitation therapy to improve communication skills

The successful Audiologist will have a Master's degree or Doctorate in Audiology, an active license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain one), strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage a busy patient schedule. They should also be able to work independently.
