Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Crossroads Church. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our staff, guests, and congregation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the Church, including restrooms, floors, and windows
  • Empty trash receptacles and maintain a clean and organized storage area
  • Set up and break down furniture and equipment for events and meetings
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial cleaning and maintenance
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
