Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Bartender, your primary duties will include:

  • Managing cash transactions and daily cash handling.
  • Preparing beverages in accordance with our high-quality standards as set by corporate operations.
  • Crafting and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following our standardized recipes.
  • Building rapport with regular patrons by learning their names and preferences.
  • Accurately recording drink orders and processing payments through the Point of Sale system.

  • Preparing garnishes and restocking bar supplies as needed.
  • Presenting drink menus, providing recommendations, and addressing guest inquiries.

  • Serving food orders to guests seated at the bar and assisting servers as required.
  • Reporting maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions to management.
  • Assisting in various operational tasks to ensure a seamless restaurant experience.
  • Performing cash drops securely at the end of each shift.
  • Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Collaborating with front-of-house staff to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Setting a positive example by refraining from alcohol consumption during work hours.
