About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IOP Therapist to join our team at WestBridge - Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based treatment interventions to individuals in our Intensive Outpatient Program.

Job Summary

The IOP Therapist will provide comprehensive treatment services to participants, including biopsychosocial assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, treatment planning, case management, and collaboration with collateral contacts. This role requires a master's-level, licensed or licensed-prepared clinician with experience in group counseling, preferably in a PHP/IOP setting.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, including psychoeducational and process-oriented groups.
  • Provide individual therapy using evidence-based practices, such as CBT and stage of change.
  • Conduct comprehensive case management and ensure orientation of new program participants.
  • Collaborate with the team to share clinical impressions and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document all services provided in accordance with WestBridge policy and standards of care.
  • Meet productivity standards and participate in the clinical on-call rotation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Active master's-level mental health license in the state of New Hampshire or under clinical supervision for licensure.
  • Minimum two years' experience in group counseling, preferably in a PHP/IOP setting.
  • Knowledge and experience in the treatment of mental illness and substance use, preferably co-occurring.
  • Understanding of stages of change and experience in delivering evidence-based practices.
  • Knowledge and skill in maintaining trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care.
  • Experience working with Commercial/Private Insurance.
  • Knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations governing confidentiality.
