Position Overview

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated Evening Operations Manager to oversee our service delivery during the second shift. This role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction through regular facility inspections and effective communication with our Account Managers and Independent Contractors.

We are committed to fostering a culture of integrity and professional development, focusing on internal promotions as we expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to a consistent nightly route schedule
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to set and evaluate nightly objectives
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing Independent Contractors
  • Act as the primary contact during onboarding for selected Independent Contractors
  • Leverage CRM tools to assess client needs and conduct inspections during visits

Compensation: $41,600 annually

Qualifications

  • Proficient in data entry and communication
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Reliable transportation for client site visits
  • Availability for evening shifts from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
