Responsibilities:

The Surgical Physician Assistant will:
• Provide patient care under the direction of surgical specialists
• Foster a safe and collaborative healthcare environment
• Order and perform laboratory and diagnostic procedures
• Analyze data to formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans
• Perform minor surgical procedures under supervision
• Order and administer medications as necessary

Qualifications:
• Current New York State License to practice as a Physician Assistant
• 2+ years of surgical operating room experience
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification
• DEA License
• Strong medical skills and knowledge
