Job Summary

ClareMedica Health Partners LLC is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will provide clinical support to our healthcare providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with procedures.
  • Conduct routine screening tests and explain treatment procedures to patients.
  • Monitor and record physiological measurements, and provide treatment to patients per protocols.
  • Observe patients and report any changes in patient conditions to healthcare providers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including requesting and coordinating radiographic and/or laboratory studies, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) required.
  • Graduate of an approved training class for Medical Assistants preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician or similar in a hospital, medical clinic or comparable environment OR documented clinical rotation training can be substituted for work experience.
  • Maintenance of current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for Health Care workers or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification preferred.
