Caregiver Coordinator

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Coordinator to join our team. As a Caregiver Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

• Administer medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
• Document and maintain accurate records of resident care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in daily cross-over meetings to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control procedures.
• Report any incidents or concerns to supervisors promptly.

• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
