About the Job

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hospitalist services to obstetric patients, including admission, evaluation, and management of patients with obstetric complications.
  • Collaborate with local obstetricians to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursing staff, physicians, and hospital administration to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Virginia licensure or ability to obtain.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
