Avera St Luke's Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for assisting the registered nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the registered nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of South Dakota
  • Post high school completion of an accredited LPN program
  • Previous hospital experience, critical care experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
