Job Title:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Financial Controller to join our esteemed organization, Jobot, a leader in commercial design and service solutions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the comprehensive management of our accounting functions, aid in the formulation of budgets, and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Revenue Recognition, Payroll, and Fixed Assets.
  • Establish and uphold internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Generate monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
  • Facilitate the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and report any significant variances to senior management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Preferred qualifications include CPA, CMA, or MBA.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience with month-end closing activities.
3. A solid understanding of finance, accounting principles, budgeting, and cost control.
