Integrates subjective and objective information to formulate a treatment strategy.
Employs therapeutic exercises, physical modalities, and manual interventions to rectify deficits.
Maintains comprehensive documentation of services rendered with appropriate coding and billing practices.
Engages in communication with interdisciplinary teams and referring practitioners to optimize patient outcomes.
Ensures timely and thorough electronic record-keeping.
Demonstrates proficiency in care delivery as evidenced by peer evaluations; consistently showcases advanced assessment and intervention techniques.
Actively participates in Performance Improvement (PI) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
Contributes to the orientation, training, and mentorship of new team members.
Involves in cost-efficiency projects within the department.
Takes an active role in the performance enhancement process.
Upholds a high standard of patient care and fosters effective communication among physical therapists, assistants, and the medical team.
Conducts educational sessions and training workshops on physical therapy and related subjects for healthcare staff, students, and community organizations.

Graduate of an accredited institution of Physical Therapy.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
Licensed as a physical therapist in the relevant state(s).
CPR/BLS certification required within a specified timeframe upon hiring.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Successful completion of Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check as applicable.
Successful completion of the Caregiver Background Check as required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
