Job Description:

3M is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Clarkston, Georgia. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging manufactured products in accordance with applicable procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package manufactured products in accordance with applicable procedures
  • Accurately record production data
  • Perform casting and impregnation production processes, including casting, drying, sintering, and impregnating radomes
  • Operate equipment such as furnaces, forklifts, presses, pallet movers, and other heavy equipment
  • Identify problems and work with process engineers to resolve them

Requirements:

  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
