Retrofit and Construction Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Project Manager to lead our MARCUS PROGRAM, which involves upgrade and retrofit projects, as well as managing site-specific responsibilities related to Moves, Adds, Retrofits, Changes & Utility Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing local implementation and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

1. Collaborate with contractors and design teams to establish project schedules and budgets.
2. Support pre-qualification, bidding, and contract negotiations.
3. Ensure compliance with city approvals and permitting processes.
4. Manage cost estimates and coordinate value engineering efforts.
5. Oversee general contractors and vendors, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.
6. Implement change control processes and ensure quality assurance.
7. Maintain document control and track key project documents.
8. Initiate closeout processes early, ensuring all documentation is submitted.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and minimum 5 or more years' construction administration, architecture, engineering or similar experience. A Professional Engineer License is a plus. We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 depending on experience.
