Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Seaside, Oregon. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, producing high-quality images, and collaborating with radiologists to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This 13-week contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading healthcare provider and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment. You will be working 10-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, and will have access to top-notch equipment and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues
  • Position patients for scans using immobilization and protective equipment as needed
  • Set controls on equipment, monitor patient and equipment safety, and make adjustments as necessary
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, start IVs, and inject contrast media if required
  • Evaluate scan quality, label images correctly, and schedule patients for procedures
Requirements
  • Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification
  • Licensure in most states
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
