The Loews Miami Beach Hotel, a beloved South Beach icon, has undergone a $50 million renovation, elevating its oceanfront location to new heights. This reimagined property boasts all-new touchpoints throughout, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting each individual in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Familiarize yourself with hotel facilities, room types, food and beverage outlets, recreational activities, and emergency procedures to provide seamless assistance.
  • Stay informed about local dining, shopping, and entertainment options to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Concierge Fact Book to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries about the hotel and local area, researching and providing follow-up information as needed.
  • Become familiar with guest names and acknowledge them by name to create a personalized experience.
  • Proactively serve each guest with utmost courtesy, anticipating their needs whenever possible.
  • Makes arrangements for dining, theater, tour, travel, and other activities for hotel guests.
  • Assist guests with transportation needs and arrange for childcare services as required.
  • Present guest orientation sessions for new arrivals, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Ensure the Concierge desk and lobby area maintain a high level of cleanliness and appearance, including temperature, lighting, and music.
  • Collaborate with in-house vendors to satisfy guest entertainment needs, demonstrating exceptional communication and guest relations skills.
  • Consistently display a professional attitude in all interactions with guests, hotel staff, and vendors, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Answer telephone calls in accordance with Loews Hotels standards.
  • Take a proactive role in providing assistance in the hotel lobby, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Provide tours of the hotel, showcasing extensive knowledge of its history and interior décor.
  • Maintain an inventory of local maps and brochures, ensuring up-to-date information for guests.
  • Develop and maintain resources and contacts to provide guests with the latest information on various activities and events.
  • Retrieve guest messages from the computer and set up/disassemble the morning and evening concierge service as required.
  • Conduct Random Guest Survey Calls as per hotel policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


General Responsibilities

  • Promote teamwork and collaboration at all times, ensuring a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Notify management promptly and fully of any problems or unusual matters of significance.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, management, and fellow employees, being polite, friendly, and helpful at all times.
  • Execute emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Comply with required safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Attend relevant hotel meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up-to-date.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Comply with hotel policies, rules, and uniform/grooming standards.
  • Contribute to a sustainable environment by recycling whenever possible.
  • Remain current with hotel information and changes, ensuring a seamless guest experience.


Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
