About the Role

This Home Upgrade Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing new energy-efficient measures and upgrading homes to improve their energy efficiency.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct site assessments to identify areas for energy efficiency improvements.
  2. Develop and implement plans for home upgrades, including lighting, doors, windows, and insulation.
  3. Work with customers to ensure that their energy efficiency needs are met.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. H.S. diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  2. 2+ years of experience in construction or a related field.
  3. Certification in Natural Gas Appliance Testing (NGAT) is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
