Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hair Color Stylist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing high-quality hair color services, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

About the Role:

  • Salary: $18-$29 per hour (estimated annual salary: $37,440 - $60,280)

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized consultations, perform hair color services, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Maintain High-Quality Services: Stay up-to-date on the latest hair color trends, techniques, and products.
    • Meet Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by promoting additional services and products.
    • Support Team Members: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology License: Active cosmetology license in the state where you reside.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
