Your Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting our hotel's programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly, efficient, and professional interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.
  • Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
