As a RN Premier Per Diem in our Critical Care Float Pool, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals in various units, including PICU, CVICU, NICU, and CDH.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for providing top-notch care to critically ill patients. This is a per diem position that requires working 2 shifts per week, offering flexibility and autonomy in your scheduling.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed RN is required, with preferred experience in pediatric and/or emergency nursing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Float to various units, including PICU, CVICU, NICU, and CDH, to meet staffing needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida or Compact License
  • Minimum one year of experience as a licensed RN
  • Preferred experience in pediatric and/or emergency nursing
  • AHA BLS certification
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
