Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Wentzville Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing patient care in alignment with our organization's standards and values.

Essential Job Functions
  • Perform job duties in accordance with our 8 core values
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team as a cooperative and active member
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and physician-related information
  • Participate in continuing education programs to enhance professional growth and development
  • Maintain safety and infection control standards, recognizing and reporting inferior patient care and safety hazards
  • Evaluate patients per physician order and administer appropriate treatments
  • Complete and submit timely reports regarding evaluation, daily treatments, and discharge
  • Ensure timely communication with referral sources regarding patient care
  • Maintain accurate and appropriate records
  • Interpret and report treatment results
  • Assign and supervise tasks to support staff as needed
  • Participate in the development and implementation of programs and services
  • Practice Physical Therapy consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Ability to respond to patient inquiries and complaints
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment in solving problems
  • Willingness to practice Physical Therapy consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited institution
  • Licensed or eligible for State of MO PT license
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and EMR systems
