About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Cellar Operations team as a Cellar Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, from ingredient preparation to packaging and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately stage and prepare ingredients for production
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including canning and kegging machines
  • Perform line changeovers and ensure efficient production workflows
  • Monitor and control fermentation processes, juice receiving, and pitch
  • Set up and operate liquid flow paths for operation, CIPs, and filtration
  • Maintain the integrity and sanitation of the facility and associated equipment
  • Ensure all products meet quality specifications and follow food safety policies
  • Assist in cellar, canning, and kegging operations as needed
  • Accurately document processes, measurements, and additions in batch logs
  • Communicate effectively with production team members and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 21+ years of age
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with booster shot completed
  • Disciplined, with an emphasis on detail, hygiene, safety, and accurate record keeping
  • Ability to repeatedly lift ingredients and kegs up to 67lbs and be on one's feet for full shifts
  • Comfortable working in an ambient beverage manufacturing environment
  • Interest in and willingness to be trained to work with machinery
  • Ability to follow process documents and aid in developing them
  • Ability to learn tasks and procedures quickly
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Lead by example and take initiative; be outgoing and approachable
  • Be self-driven and self-motivated
  • Work independently and as part of the team
